We have developed pack moisture cure urethane coatings. Theses coatings have excellent performance in the field of Structural Protection, petrochemicals, marine, utility, off shore, oil and gas, ship building etc.
TOUGH COATINGS are based on 100% pure polyurethane resin. It is not comparable with traditional Epoxy,Polyuratheneand other coatings, which contains only 20% to 30% resin. The PU resin used in our coatings has also proven an outstanding chemical resistance. Pure polyurethanes are known to have a good chemical resistance.
The higher chemical resistance of the used raw materials combined with high cross linking of the moisture cure technology makes chemical resistance products.
We usemicaceous iron oxide in primers, intermediates and top coats. MIO creates permeability into the coatings. This means that moisture damp is allowed to penetrate, but the structure also allows vapors to dissipate without forming a blister. This technology also allows for high film builds. And also make coating more tolerant to salt contaminated substrates.
